Where to buy

Our Discogs store carries the whole catalogue, 31,000+ listings, and is where most of our records sell. We trade there as MUSICMKT. Each listing is a specific copy with its own grade and description.

Christmas Music & More is our own shop for Christmas records on vinyl, cassette, CD and 8-track, with its own checkout.

Shipping

Everything ships from our warehouse in Corinth, Maine.

Orders go in the post within 1 to 2 business days.

On Christmas Music & More

• United States only for now, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses included.
• Media Mail: $5.49 or $6.99. The Postal Service rate made for records and other media. One price per parcel, set by its weight: $5.49 for a small order of cassettes, CDs or 45s, $6.99 for anything with a record in it. A mixed order is charged once.
• Free on orders of $50 or more.
• Every order is tracked. The tracking number comes by email when your order goes in the post.

Media Mail is not a guaranteed service. USPS quotes 2 to 8 business days, and December runs slower. For Christmas 2026, order by Wednesday 9 December.

On Discogs

Postage is calculated by Discogs at checkout from the shipping we have set there, and Discogs orders can go outside the US. The cost is shown before you pay.

How we pack

Vinyl is double packed: boxed first, then packed into a bubble mailer, for the most protection we can give it. The packing is the part we are least willing to cut corners on.

Guarantee and returns

Everything we sell is 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy with it, send it back for a full refund, at our expense.

• Email us first at merecsls@aol.com with your order number, before posting anything, so we can send you the return details and cover the cost.
• Arrived damaged? Email a photo of the record and the packaging. For most damage a photo is all we need.
• We usually refund rather than replace. Nearly everything here is a single copy, so when one is gone there is rarely another behind it on the shelf.

Condition and grading

99% of what we list is graded Mint, because most of it is new old stock: never sold, and still sealed at the factory. On a sealed record, what we grade is the sleeve and the seal.

Overstock marks. Some new old stock was marked by the manufacturer before it left the warehouse, with a drill hole, a corner cut, a punched hole or a cut in the spine. Most of ours has no mark, but about one record in five does, so every listing says which: look for “no mfg. overstock marks” or a note of the mark in the description.

On Christmas Music & More, payment goes through our Shopify checkout.

A warehouse, not a shop

We have no counter, no walk-in trade and no opening hours. The building is three floors of shelving and everything leaves it by post.
